Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and policy changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance coverage for clients and provide them with personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to process insurance applications and policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries, payment processing, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' concerns and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively educate clients on insurance options and benefits.
- Collaborate with State Farm Associates to facilitate policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus, but not required.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain), Already licensed is a plus
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain), Already licensed is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is a plus.
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
